Can I import existing conversations into Helplexa?
At the moment, Helplexa does not support importing existing conversation history from other platforms.
Once you connect a supported channel or website chat, new customer conversations can be managed from inside Helplexa.
If conversation import is important for your business, you can contact us and let us know which platform you would like to import from.
This helps us understand which import options to prioritise in the future.
