Do I need a website to use Helplexa?

No, you do not need a website to use Helplexa.

If you connect supported messaging channels such as Instagram, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, you can manage customer conversations through Helplexa without adding a chat widget to a website.

A website is only needed if you want to add the Helplexa chat widget to your own site, or if you want to use website-based integrations such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix or Squarespace.

When you create a Helplexa workspace, your business also gets a dedicated chat page. You can share this link on social media, add it to your email signature, include it on a website, or send it directly to customers by SMS or other messaging apps.

This means customers can still contact your business through Helplexa, even if you do not have a website.
