Does Helplexa offer AI agent widgets?
Helplexa is currently rolling out AI agents,, but customers cannot yet create their own AI agent widgets.
We already use our own AI agents on the Helplexa website to answer questions, with handoff to a member of our support team during working hours. We also use AI agents to provide Helplexa support to customers on a trial or Starter plan.
Access to this support does not currently include the ability to create an AI agent widget for your own business.
We plan to notify existing and new customers when this feature becomes available. We have not yet announced a release date.
