Does Helplexa support voice and video calls?
Yes. Helplexa Calls lets you make voice and video calls within a live chat conversation.
Calls are available through Helplexa’s web and mobile apps for live chat conversations. They are not yet available for conversations received through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram.
How much does Helplexa Calls cost?
Helplexa Calls is an optional add-on costing £10.99 per month, available to workspaces with an active paid subscription that are no longer on a plan trial.
It includes 1,000 participant-minutes per month, shared across your workspace.
Once your monthly allowance is used, further calls are unavailable until it resets. There are no overage charges. Each call has a maximum duration of 60 minutes.
Can I try Helplexa Calls?
Yes. Eligible paid workspaces can try Helplexa Calls with 60 participant-minutes before purchasing the add-on.
