Does Helplexa work with Shopify?
Helplexa does not currently offer a Shopify integration.
We previously explored a Shopify app, but Shopify’s App Store billing requirements mean that apps offering paid features must use Shopify’s billing system. Because Helplexa subscriptions cover much more than Shopify, including website chat, team inboxes, automations, mobile apps, and other integrations, we’ve paused Shopify support rather than create a confusing billing experience for customers.
You can still use Helplexa on your main website, WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp where supported.
We may revisit Shopify support in the future if we can offer it in a way that is simple, transparent, and fair for Helplexa customers.
