Using message translation in Helplexa chat
Helplexa lets you translate chat replies before sending them to customers.
This can help when speaking with customers who use a different language, but translations are generated automatically and may not always be perfect.
Before you start
Translations are machine-generated.
Some words, slang, tone, or grammar may not translate exactly.
Always review a translated message before sending it.
For legal, medical, financial, safety, or sensitive conversations, use extra care.
How to translate a reply
Open a conversation in your Helplexa workspace.
Type your reply in the message box.
Click the translate icon.
Choose the language you want to translate your reply into.
Review the translated message.
Send the message when you are happy with it.

Helplexa uses third-party translation services to help translate messages. Translations are provided as a communication aid and should not be treated as certified or professional translations.
