Connect HubSpot to Helplexa
Connect HubSpot to your Helplexa workspace so your team can create HubSpot contacts, tickets, and notes from customer conversations.
This integration is currently in beta, so some HubSpot features are intentionally limited while we continue improving the workflow.
Before you start
A HubSpot account with permission to install apps.
Admin or owner access to your Helplexa workspace.
Access to the Helplexa workspace integrations page.
A HubSpot account that can create contacts, tickets, notes, and read owners.
Only one person needs to connect HubSpot for the workspace. Other Helplexa users in the same workspace can then use the connected HubSpot account from conversations.
Steps
In Helplexa, go to your workspace integrations area.
Find HubSpot and select Connect.
You will be redirected to HubSpot. Choose the HubSpot account you want to connect.
Review the requested permissions and approve the connection.
After HubSpot redirects you back to Helplexa, the integration should show as connected.
Open a customer conversation in Helplexa and select HubSpot from the conversation tools panel.
Important beta notes
HubSpot’s own “Create ticket” and “Create contact” forms can be customised inside HubSpot. HubSpot does not currently provide a public API that lets Helplexa read the exact fields enabled on those forms.
For the beta, Helplexa supports a focused set of common HubSpot fields when creating contacts and tickets from conversations. We’ll cover those fields in the contact and ticket setup articles.
